ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with the development of grounds including all hard surface areas, turf areas, plant materials, event preparations, exterior recycling, and furniture moves; helping to keep the property, equipment and services in excellent working condition, and other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• VA Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and operate various work-related equipment.
• Ability to operate various maintenance and transportation equipment
• Respectful, honest, hard-working, resourceful, committed, responsible and self-initiated individual
• Willing to complete a variety of tasks and assignments
• Willing to work during some weekends and holidays
